Hoot 'N Holler Auctions, in conjunction with Seniors Blue Book, is hosting a Charity Auction to support
ALPHA - A collaborative PA Statewide Organization that promotes the sustainability of low-income personal care homes ("PCHS") through advocacy, business mentoring, partnerships, and volunteerism. ALPHA provides business coaching for small personal care homes, provides food, furnishings, and support for low-income seniors and disabled PCH residents.
